William H. Lippy, M.D., F.A.C.S. - Dr. William Lippy is founder of the Lippy Group for Ear, Nose & Throat. He is an internationally recognized expert in stapedectomy surgery for treatment of deafness. He is one of a handful of surgeons in the world who has performed thousands of stapedectomies. Leonard Berenholz, M.D., F.A.C.S. - Dr. Berenholz is originally from Philadelphia. His medical education, surgical, and otolaryngology training were undertaken in Philadelphia from 1979 through 1988. From 1988 until 1996, he was on staff at several hospitals in Philadelphia, including the Einstein Medical Center (a level 1 trauma center). In addition to working at Einstein Medical Center, he was an instructor at Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was active in training residents at both Jefferson University Hospital and at Einstein Medical Center.

Tonia L. Farmer, M.D. - Dr. Farmer joins the Lippy Group for Ear, Nose & Throat from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonweath University. She has spent her time in training gaining expertise and understanding in all areas of Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat). She brings a strong interest and expertise in all areas of otolaryngology including: sinus, nasal, thyroid and sleep disorders, head and neck cancer, pediatrics and facial plastic surgery. Her skills allow the group to provide expert care in all areas of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
